Hello Robert,

At the time of death, your wife will benefit from 60% of your Arrco and Agirc pensions (if you have been married only once).
She must be at least 55 years old to receive the social security and Arrco survivor's pensions, and 60 years old concerning the Agirc survivor's pension.
She has to fill out two forms : one for the social security and the other one for the Arrco-Agirc pensions.

To apply for a survivor's pension, your wife will have to contact :

  • Social security scheme by calling 09 71 10 39 60 (0.06 € / mn + call price) or on the website www.lassuranceretraite.fr
  • Arrco and Agirc supplementary schemes, by calling 0820 200 189 (0,09 € / mn from a fixed position in France).

Have a nice day.
